This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing subscription cancellations and refund eligibility for Affordify services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team at support@affordify.app.
- Monthly Subscriptions: When you cancel a monthly subscription, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the month.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, service will continue until the end of the paid period. Cancellations of annual plans will not result in a refund for the unused portion unless requested within 14 days of purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Affordify offers refunds under the following circumstances:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase if they are not satisfied with our service.
- Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime (exceeding 24 hours in a 30-day period) that prevents you from using core features, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate Charges: In the event of accidental duplicate payments, we will refund the additional charge in full.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation requests after the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired (for new customers)
- Subscription cancellations after the refund eligibility period
- Misuse of the service or violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with service features that were clearly communicated in our marketing materials or documentation
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@affordify.app with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant supporting documentation
We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with a decision. If approved, refunds will typically be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Prorated Refunds
When applicable, prorated refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription period. For example, if you cancel an annual subscription after six months and qualify for a prorated refund, you would receive approximately 50% of the annual subscription fee.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website, and we will notify customers of significant changes via email.
